Privacy Policy Statement pursuant to art. 13-14 EU Regulation No. 2016/679

CHEMIFARMA S.p.A. Soc. con Socio Unico as the owner of the treatment of our personal data, pursuant to EU Regulation No. 2016/679, hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the above mentioned legislation provides for the protection of the interested parties with regard to personal data treatment and that such treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein.

Purposes and legal basis of the treatment: in particular your data will be treated for the following purposes related to the implementation of compliance with legislative or contractual obligations:
• purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in law court proceedings or whenever the legal authorities exercise their judicial functions;
• evolved navigation purposes or customized content management;
• purposes related to the execution of a contract to which you are party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures taken on your request (e.g. contact request through the Contact form, registration to the CHEMIFARMA S.p.A. service, etc…);

Treatment method. Your personal data may be treated in the following ways:
• by means of electronic calculators with the aid of software systems controlled by third parties;
• by means of electronic calculators using directly controlled or programmed software systems;
• temporary treatment in Anonymous Form.

Any treatment session is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by adopting any appropriate security measures provided.

Your data will be treated only by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

• Sales Department and after-sales support
• Marketing Department.

Communication: Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:

• subjects necessary for the provision of services offered by the Portal including, by way of example, the sending of e-mails and the analysis of the website operation, that typically act as data processors of CHEMIFARMA S.p.A. Soc. con Socio Unico.

Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Your personal data may also be transferred, only for the above-mentioned purposes, to the following countries:
• European Union countries; CHEMIFARMA S.p.A. Soc. con Socio Unico ensures that electronic and hard copy treatment of your Personal Data by the Recipients is carried out in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Regulations. Transfers are based either on an appropriateness decision or on Standard Model Clauses duly approved by the European Commission.

Storage Period. We would like to inform you that, pursuant to the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, as per art. 5 of the GDPR, the storage period of your personal data is:
• established in a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.

EU Regulation No. 2016/679: Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22- Rights of the interested party

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, as well as their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility to complain to the Control Authority.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a. of the origin of the personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of treatment;
C. of the logics applied in case of treatment done with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. of the identification details of the data controller, the managers and the representative appointed as per article 5, paragraph 2;
e. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of, as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, amendment, or, whenever required, supplementation of the data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, including data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
c. the certification that the operations indicated under letters a) and b) have been made known (also including their content) to those to whom the data have been notified or disclosed, except in the case of such certification being impossible or requiring the use of means clearly disproportionate with respect to the protected right;
d. the data portability.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose in whole or in part :
a. for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal data concerning him, even though pertaining to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the treatment of personal data concerning him/her, for the purpose of sending advertising or selling materials, or for the performance of market or commercial communication studies.
